In 2021 my medical reports were showing borderline cholestrol, increased LDL and low HDL. My HBA1 was just below borderline. I am not fan of allopathy or supplements that consultant were suggestinv to improve my health . I have recently completed the one month course of Nature Maya. The changes I noticed in my body are magnificent. In fact, I started feeling the change in my body from second or third day onwards.
It detoxed my kidneys that helped me with fresh tummy during mornings. It has increased my body immunity. How I have noticed is my family recently got ill, bad cough and cold.
